I think that the best age to start learning a language is as young as

possible since we keep the information more easily and we can learn

faster because of how young brain cells/neurons work. 

I think that I'm on time to learn some other things since I have more time than an adult, 

I can learn easily, I would like to play instruments or a new language. 

Learning English is easier since it is the most important language to learn, so it's

easy to do. I would like to learn more about the language. :)
